LASER SYSTEMS

VULQ1 multibeam laser system is a stand-alone laser marking system, ready for integration into the production environment, production line or stand-alone machine.

VULQ1 multibeam laser system is composed of three components: 

  • A multibeam laser marking head: includes a laser source, a multibeam module, a galvanometric scanner.
  • A controller bay: includes laser head controller, multibeam module controller, safety circuits, cooling system if required.
  • QiOVA software BeamForge: stand-alone or API embeddable version

FLASH SERIES

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The FLASH series deliver markings in a single laser pulse, millions of times faster than other marking solutions. 

  • The marking method is based on QiOVA FULL-STAMP marking breakthrough innovation, internationally patented.
  • FLASH series serialize products permanently in less than 10ns, up to 20Hz rate.
  • FLASH series support code size down to 500µm and offer grade A marking quality. 
  • FLASH series are easy to integrate on existing line thanks to their unique marking speed, reduced footprint and multiple integration configurations allowed.
  • FLASH series are available in 1064nm and 532nm single wavelength, up to 40W power and 40mJ energy.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The BEAMS series overcome usual limitations by combining scanning with programmable multibeam technology.

  • BEAMS series address an extended scope of application thanks to their multiple operation modes: standard vectorial mode, multibeam mode and our patented PIXEL-STAMP mode
  • BEAMS series are operated the same way as current scanner-only solution: same physics, same preparation and programming approach (see VULQ1 software: BeamForge)
  • BEAMS series process rapidly brittle (glass, ceramics) and sensitive (polymers, coated or multi-layered) materials.

With the patented PIXEL-STAMP marking method, BEAMS series process surfaces at cm²/sec rate with micron accuracy.

BEAMS series are available in 1030nm, 1064nm and 532nm single wavelength, up to 90W power and 5mJ energy.

The series is splitted into NS systems, operating in the nanosecond pulse regime, and FS systems operating down to femtosecond range pulse duration.
