BEAMS
VULQ1-S BEAMS is a stand-alone multibeam laser marking system, ready for integration into the production environment, production line or stand-alone machine.
VULQ1-S BEAMS is composed of three components:
- A multibeam laser marking head: includes a laser source, a multibeam module, a galvanometric scanner
- A controller bay: includes laser head controller, multibeam module controller, safety circuits, cooling system if required
- BEAMFORGE software: stand-alone or API embeddable version

VULQ1-S BEAMS accelerate throughput manyfold by combining scanning with programmable multibeam technology.
VULQ1-S BEAMS address an extended scope of application thanks to their multiple operation modes: standard vectorial mode, multibeam mode and our patented PIXEL-STAMP mode
VULQ1-S BEAMS series are operated the same way as current scanner-only solution: same physics, same preparation and programming approach (see VULQ1 software: BeamForge)
VULQ1-S BEAMS series process rapidly brittle (glass, ceramics) and sensitive (polymers, coated or multi-layered) materials.
With the patented PIXEL-STAMP marking method, VULQ1-S BEAMS process surfaces at cm²/sec rate with micron accuracy.
VULQ1-S BEAMS laser systems are available in 1030nm, 1064nm and 532nm single wavelength, up to 90W power and 5mJ energy.
The series is splitted into NS systems, operating in the nanosecond pulse regime, and FS systems operating down to femtosecond range pulse duration.
